Uncanny Comics eBay seller

Hey guys has anyone else purchased any statues from uncanny Comics on eBay. I believe the seller was from Ohio.
I had purchased a Superman vs Darkseid statue from them which arrived to me damaged. The Seller asked to return it for a replacement, which I did but he disappeared from eBay and didn't send a replacement either. EBay and Pay Pal said that it was past the 30 days return and they aren't helping with anything.
So now im in this predicament of no statue and not being refunded either.
What can I do? Suggestions would be of great help. Thanks

Open a paypal dispute. You have 180 days from time of purchase.

From Purchase or delivery, because it was a pre order item.? So it was purchased a while back.
