Super frustrating. My final payment was charged on Sept 27th and it's been 'Preparing to Ship' ever since.
Reached out to customer support today and they said with the logjam at the ports, their full allotment hasn't hit their warehouse yet and they can't even provide an ETA on when they expect to get them in. So it looks like if you weren't the lucky few that got some of the initial allotment in, we could be waiting a while. They are offering full refunds though if you don't want to play the waiting game and just order again when they have it in stock.

My status still says PREPARING TO SHIP, but I just got a notification from UPS that I have a Sideshow package arriving tomorrow. Not sure what else it could be.

Apparently the Deadpool PF and the Symbiote Spiderman PF were in the same cargo ship.
I'm getting my Deadpool EX tomorrow too per UPS tracking.

Seems like it. At least the Symbiote Spider-Man PF and Deadpool PF for sure.
