On a more serious not. I still have not heard from Chad or Gwen about my Catwoman invoice with some of my "$15 rewards" credited to the final total. I no longer have access to my old email with the reply from Chad I would be able to use them. So not sure if it will even be honored anymore. I have sent them 2 additional emails now from my new email and nothing yet.

After the piece was delayed and i requested a refund, their email response took about one week between emails.
Once i received the refund, i was short by $70
Having emailed them about this, there has been no response.

I thought Tweeterhead were a better company than that.
Catwoman turned out great. I picked mine up from Sideshow Collectibles

It seems like their communication was top notch for a while after they hired some more people but it has slipped back into the long wait times of the past unfortunately. I would at least like a response if they will not allow me to use some of my $300 in rewards I can order through Sideshow instead since I have rewards there I can use.

We understand circumstances may lead to the need to cancel an order with us. You may cancel an order at any time, however all cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. Pre-orders are not excluded from the cancellation fee.

If do not wish to pay the cancellation fee, we can transfer the funds from one purchase to another balance owed on your account if applicable.

Please email returns@tweeterhead.com if you have questions."

If they only charged you $70, I'd walk away and be happy with it. They should have charged you a lot more ($140ish) according to their own policy.
