Looks like there signing Chris Evens up to be Captain America again, I wonder if he's going to do some flash backs scenes in this show or maybe Falcon & Winter Soldier...

Maybe the deal isn't finalized yet.
Tatiana Maslany made a similar denial when it was reported that she was cast in She-Hulk, but a few weeks later, it was confirmed that she was indeed cast.

Watched it this morning. The first 2 episodes seem kinda slow. I could without the old school nostalgia and laugh tracks. But you definitely can see her powers are glitching to some extent. Don’t want to spoil anything so I’ll leave it at that.
I would give it a 7/10.
