They will be shipped from simplytoys. Normally Simplytoys get the statues earlier than PCS due to close proximity to China but it might take a while for them to ship the statues out international customers.

1. The museum line is continuing. SFIV Evil Ryu has been teased, and an Akuma revisit has been mentioned as well. Others are surely coming.
2. As I mentioned, Akuma revisit is planned for next year. More are planned as well.
3. See previous answers and the thread I mentioned.
