Has anyone used a height adjustable table for sculpting?

Hi,

I'm trying to beat bad posture while sculpting with terrible results. I have been thinking of having a height adjustable table and I am tired of using books to lift up my turntable.

I was looking at one table...this is a cake table. It isn't tall enough to stand and work.

There are none available in India and I have to figure out a design and ask carpenters/metal workers to make something.

Has anyone used any contraption to stand up and sculpt? More importantly, does it really help with work or is it just a nice idea that really doesn't help while sculpting?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I sculpt on a Jewelry workbench. It's perfect for the posture
