Both are currently available to space related jobs, but not public yet. They will be within the next two years I think is what I was told by my father (he's a space simulation engineer). The only problem is with the data. Half the moon is covered, the other half is hit or miss, and very little of mars is covered since we don't have the sort of details that Google earth has for mars.
