Also does she wear a schoolgirl uniform?

I have the same feeling but am hoping we're wrong as I really didn't care for that version at all.

That GL show is actually really good. I record it for my daughter and watched it in passing but found myself riveted.

In between the part pilot and the first episode there has been a ton of dark themes and death in both. I was pleasantly surprised at how bold Bruce Timm and co were with the story direction on the show. The CGI I can take or leave but do check it out.

Hmm... I'm not too terribly excited by that description. The CGI animation also doesn't make me excited for it. I've been watching the GL show, and it's been getting better these past couple of episodes, but the animation is the one bit I'm not really happy with. This Batman show will be on a "wait and see" for me.

I guess they always need to have a Batman show on the air, what I don't get is why the constant need to be re-launching and re-inventing? Why not come up with a strong show and just let it run and run and run, given that it's a good show of course. I mean why do they come up with a good concept, BTAS or B:B & B then just cancel them only to relaunch another show??

They should just do another original show, maybe The Flash or even a new Aquaman show, his popularity has sure grown in recent years. Shazam! is also a no-brainer given the Billy Batson connection.

Anyway, rant over!

I would rather they go back to the 2D looking animation instead of the new age CGI.

Not a fan of GL's animation. Doesn't look "comic-like" to me.

I never thought I'd like "B&tB" or Marvel's "SHS", but I watched a few of each and surprisingly enjoyed them.

I don't like the Rogues Gallery they're promo'ing for this cartoon/cgi mess, and seriously... ANOTHER Batman cartoon? I'm with Tony.. pick a different hero; pick Flash...

...or f#ck.. pick Wonder Woman! Sure, she doesn't have the movie/film/tv fanbase Bats or Supes does, but guys would watch it because it's still superheroes, and girls of all ages would watch it because it's a woman who k!cks ass and doesn't take any sh!t from anyone. Not many cartoons have strong lead women in them, and Diana's as strict as she is strong. Guys would watch for the innuendo and guest appearances, and girls would watch because it's a woman who is second only to Superman!

Potty mouth. Why did you sensor "k!cks" and not "ass"?
