There's many lists, and some vary from year to year. And I believe they are from USA statistics.

This guy I knew who is a truck driver was telling me how this guy at his job feel into a vat of aluminum and he just disintegrated to nothing.
His widow wanted a burial but there was nothing left of him.
The company paid her millions of dollars and her kids college as well.
