I got a replacement base but Cheetah won’t fit in it no matter what I do. Goes in nice and easy on the original flawed one.

Does it line up with the holes on the base?

If so, have you thought about maybe taken a drill bit thats about the size of the holes and using a cordless drill to clear the holes?

I'm thinking the holes are being blocked. Just a thought.

Hope you get it to work. Mine has no issue going completely into the base.

The angle on the replacement base holes are different. They are not blocked. If I drill it then I’m thinking it will be loose when seated, because the angle has to be changed. The easier fix is to dry brush over the glue area and return the replacement. They had offered a complete replacement but wanted me to send mine back first, and since my 5 year old LOVES it, if I mailed it back I’d catch hell.

I just noticed this on the Cyber Monday sale for $30 off plus free shipping. I have too many things on payment plans right now but that seems like s great deal. Staring at the checkout screen right now...this one came out so well overall that it is definitely worth getting...

So last week I purchased a brand new, unopened Cheetah PF on ebay. It was clearly listed as being the regular version, with the art box fully visible so I could see that it did not have the metallic Sideshow exclusive sticker. I received it yesterday and upon opening it I found that the regular, modern, feral with flowing hair head was not included and the Exclusive, old school, hooded human face head was included. I also noticed that both the base and bottom of the box had no number or ES; not like an AP or marvel sample where it still has the ES printed, but no number whatsoever. I'm just wondering if others had experienced something like this or heard about it, if it's a Sideshow mistake and whether you think SS might be willing to rectify it if the guy who sold it to me (original owner) contacted them? Thanks

I have seen several reg editions on Ebay with the Ex head only. I think there was a screw up. The sellers I believe thought this was the reg

I think I would keep my mouth shut. I would much prefer the EX head. You got a great deal on the statue.

Midtown Comics has this at 40% off today. I don't know how many they have, so if you want it, act fast!
