Tooth, worthy of an ask SS to see what they can do.

Small mark, let it go. It's not bad at all. Getting into this hobby you will see worse. Plus, if you hadn't circled the mark, I wouldn't have even seen it with that zoom.

The process isn't hard though. I have exchanged entire statues with SS. Ended up having to return all together because the QC was shot on both (like major scratches all over), but the process was smooth.

I'd want the head replaced but I'd prolly let the body mark go as well. Not worth the hassle of returning. They may offer you a small partial refund on the body if they don't replace it.

I've fixed tiny chips and paint misses in black areas with a gel pin. Not sure if anyone else would recommend, but as long as you apply it only to the tiny area, no one can tell and it eliminates the white.

They have a small delay in getting back to you, but it is pretty quick and easy getting a replacement.

I went through 2 replacements on their recent Spiderman PF (and ended up just buying one off someone else because was tired of it + discount).

Just received my Catwoman by Artgerm. Has a fingerprint of bluish paint on the white base. It is the color of the catwoman paint. This is my first issue with sideshow. I filled out the form with a picture. Does this usually move quick?

I sent out an e-mail for my issue on the 11th. Still waiting for a response. I am assuming it is taking longer to respond because of the weekend/holiday.

So Sideshow got back to me with options:
1. Full RMA for whole statue, can't replace just the base
2. $52.00 credit to keep as is
3. Full refund

I chose 1 because I like the statue overall and I have the other 2 pre-ordered as well. Wish they could have replaced the base as that would have been the easiest.

edit: 1/24/17 Rec'd my return instructions and label.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.
