I'm gonna buy a scratched rex from them if they have any left to try a repaint. I'm very happy with my current rex, I'm just going to see what I can do with repainting... I've never done it before.

Thanks guys, I'm pretty happy with my result and I feel like the gloss really does bring out the details more. The Break Out scene featured rain anyway in the movie so this would be perfect for it.

Wet Rex, dry base?

Gloss up that base and make some puddles.

Did you do it all with brushes? Product is on Amazon for £6 but it would worry my ass trying it.

Ha you got me, yeah I'll gloss up the base at a later date for sure. But yeah all was done with brushes. Why would you be worried? It's a real simple job .

sorry for poor image quality. ill take better pics after i set it up in my office and give it a coat to make it look wet. the girlfriend won't let me set it up in the living room.

I would suggest changing the girlfriend because if she doesn't share your passion, youll live will suck. God made my wife specially for me because my living room is full of statues and she actually enjoy them.

Put the fence up and decided to put it on the shelf with a rex fossil tooth. going to rig LEDs above it. girlfriend has warmed up to it. shes a huge JP fan. she doesnt know ive ordered the iRex as well.
