Wasn't that the Daredevil that BD caused a big fuss over? A pretty sweet sculpts but Punisher is lacking something.
And having him hold pink candy floss doesn't help his tough-as-nails character one bit.

I like the punisher but why the hell is he holding a flare?? Shotgun, machine gun, pistol, even a swiss army knife but a flare???

Chuckybaby, the Japanese sculptor named KOUEI MATSUMOTO said on the packaging box that he chose to capture Punisher in one of the pivotal scenes of the Punisher War Zone movie.
He was holding a flare and a gun in the opening scene.

Punisher sneaked into the mansion of a group of mobsters as they were about to have dinner at a long table,he cut off the power supply. It was pitch black, he lighted the flare to enable himself to see a bit and began killing all the criminals.

Finally an awesome daredevil version! Kind of like ultimate daredevil too. Great piece you have there, thanks for posting. Im heading out to grab one in a few minutes.
The dd director's cut was fantastic, they butchered the movie in the cinemas.
