You're not accounting for perspective and angles for both the movie still you posted as well as the picture of the statues. The Indoraptor is more forward facing than Blue.

To settle any concerns, watch the following youtube video from about 19 seconds in. You can see both the Indoraptor & Blue and the scale looks correct. It clearly helps to have a better camera angle.

I'm not saying it's small, I'm saying it's not on the right scale. Do you think that if so, could Blue get on the Indoraptor like she did in the movie?

I think so, yes. I understand your concerns when looking at the photo but check the video, it gives you a better angle and the two look more in scale with one another.

for some reason, yes. the statues look a little off on size. indo seems to be bigger.

Like i say before i was at the show indoraptor is freaky huge 120cm long is on scale the image you show. Indo was display a bit more behind than Blue will look smaller with force perspective.
