I don't know that he did change his rates. Someone else said he did but there was nothing mentioned about rate changes in my correspondence with the artist.
He did not give me a specific turnaround time and I didn't ask him for one.

I must have gotten variable or surge pricing rates - he did mention he was getting slammed with requests.

Sounds like Ron is being active in getting through the commissions so that is good. Ron has done a good job on tweaking his style through the years. Loved his stuff on the Hulk and really liked his Daredevil and Juggernaut style right now.
