Amazing film.  I really enjoyed. Finally good DC films.
I really enjoyed it more than any marvel film, 'caue i'm a DC boy !

I loved the movie. Gave me a few of those great super hero moments where just lost myself in the joy and excitement.
I have minor issues, but all of them just stem from wanting more. I hope it doesn't bomb and we get a sequel or two as love the cast.

It was just OK, nothing special. The suit still bothered me because you could tell it was really padded.

Unfortunately, Shazam is going to have to compete with some upcoming films going after the same audience in the weeks to come.
Hellboy April 12th
Avengers Endgame April 26th
Still with a production budget between $80M to $100M, depending on the source, it doesn't have to make as much as most superhero films to be profitable.

Loved Aquaman and Wonder Woman but this one was a let down. It was ok but the villain was terrible, as was the wizard Shazam guy. Levi was good but didn’t really care for the rest of the cast. It just moved too slow for me and the drama just wasn’t there.
5/10
Very weak score too, which matters a lot to me, especially in a superhero movie.

I just realized that the Wizard in Shazam is a Kree from the MCU. This must be the start of the DC versus Marvel crossover movie event planned for 2028.

Well, Shazam was Fandrel so other DC/MCU cross over actors.
