The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

This piece absolutely blows away the original PF in every way. Doesn't surprise me that it was 75-25 in that poll.

Yeah, seriously. I'll even take a REG off someone's hands for retail. At that price, I'd definitely customize one into a fully sculpted piece.

I think the opposite is true and this new one can't hold a candle to the first. I think allied charge Cap is better than this one too.

Depends what you like.
For me, the new piece has a more commanding pose (though they are similar), insanely more detail (there's more detail in his chest alone vs. the entirety of the original statue), a better face sculpt, a better base and is fully sculpted as opposed to crappy looking fabric pajama pants.
But, to each their own

...but he's wearing motorcycle pants
I do like the pose and presence this one gives off but the outfit is awful and I don't care for that base either.

LOL, to me, fully sculpted motorcyle pants > fabric jammies.
I will admit, though, I could totally do without the stripes on his hips.

Yeah I totally get the dislike for fabric and I prefer fully sculpted pieces as well but for some reason it never bothered me on Cap, Batman or Superman. I don't like it on the first Wolverine or Sabertooth but for some reason those seem a little different to me.
