It could be... I didn't want to mess with it so I threw it up on Ebay auction for $150, see if anyone wants it...

Got my Shard - Mourner Fidelis and her left arm was snapped where the hand meets the Sword. No replacements available so either full refund or 40 bucks in credit. She's going back. Sigh...such a great piece too, but I'm not going to try and fix it (or pay to have it fixed).

Thats unfortunate, SS will likely fix it then resell it. Not saying that you should keep and fix it but damn it is a gorgeous statue.

Literally exactly how mine looked, and it honestly had some crappy protection in the box. First sideshow piece I’ve had with major damage like this (after about 20 pfs).

Mine was 51/100 for whoever gets the fixed one.

Just received my Joker Nightmare collection statue. To say I’m disappointed is an under statement.

I received the Court of the Dead Death premium format on 1/4. It arrived with the right forearm armor broken and the scythe handle hole was not drilled deep enough. Whoever packed it didn't even bother to wrap the broken forearm armor piece in the same plastic bag as the main piece. They just left it in the box.

I logged an exchange request on 1/6 and still haven't heard back from them. Is this type of wait normal for Sideshow customer support?

I usually hear back from within a day or two. I would follow up with another message. Good luck!

Harley Quinn statue

The base of this Sideshow Harley Quinn statue was broken mostly due to poor packaging IMO. Both heads had eyes that pointed in different directions. Customer support was very helpful they listened to my concerns and my suggestions to keep both problems from happening going forward.

I got a return slip emailed to me in minutes. I requested a refund telling them that I didn’t think they could get the base to me undamaged and getting new heads with eyes that looked the right way was likely not possible either. Customer support was fine with that and are refunding shipping cost and the code I used too.

Less a complaint, more of an 'idea'.

When a product is delayed, as far as i am aware, the customer is within their rights to cancel an order, and not loose the NRD.

Another is issue with delayed products, is delayed Sideshow points.

The idea: Allow the customer to waver their rights with regards to the NRD in return for receiving Sideshow points on time based on when an item was ordered and should have shipped.
