Always repaint my busts if the paint job bothers me.
Not totally repaint since I don't have sufficient tools but would do a lot of touch-ups and shading stuff...

It did not come painted...It is a one piece "kit" from Screamin...Celena is the pieces name...The company is long out of business but she is offered on ebay frequently...Some guy in NY has a boat load of them...I bought 2...the other is going to be a blonde...I still see them there every now and then under Model Kits...Character figures...If you get one to paint..the area around the boots are a pain to get at...

Thanks for the kind words...I just checked ebay and there is one up for bid ending in about 10 hours...$8.50 is the bid now...Hurry and good luck...
