I've had that before. I dusted what I could with a blush brush and my airbrush compressor. Then diluted some dish soap with warm purified water (tap water will leave spots.) scrub gently with a cotton swab. Rinse in the sink under the bottled water, then blow dry it with that compressed air. I never use caned air. the freon can damage paint that hasn't been properly sealed. And lets face it. most statues from these factories probably aren't properly sealed.
