Prime 1 - Catwoman EX
Prime 1 1/3 scale Catwoman arrived today from Sideshow Collectibles. While i have never seen
the prototype in person, i have seen many images. From what i can tell, the production piece
turned out exactly like the prototype
The EX ships with 2x portraits. One has goggles up, one has goggles down. The goggles feature
clear orange lenses, which work well. Eye's are on point. Eye lashes appear to be really well
painted. Unlike my Prime 1 Harley Quinn, which features translucent resin, Catwoman appears to
have more paint applied to the translucent resin, which works really well. Paint lines around
Catwoman's eye mask and hair-line are handled well. Zero signs of sloppy paint work.
Catwoman's body is painted with a mixture of blacks, dark-grey's, giving an almost rubber
appearance. No complaints there.
The base: Big but not as crazy big as i thought it might be. Color is darker than i imagined it
might be. There is nothing special about the base as such, quite plain, stone, with white sparkle
snow. The snow effect is interesting to say the least. It is one of those base designs that does
the job, keeps the statue upright, it neither offends or draws the collectors eye's to it, which i'm
fine with.

brochure showing other Prime 1 products. A Prime 1 2020 calendar.
Catwoman represents my 2nd Prime 1 piece, the other piece being Suicide Squad Harley Quinn.
Both are made to exceptional quality.
