Your pics almost did turn me off from this one tbh. Now the only consideration left is whether I can get away with putting such a naked piece on display or not ...

Sorry to hear that Weakling, I'm sure there'll be contributions here or elsewhere next time by other collectors with more accurate depictions to assist you in your decision.

I enjoy the sculpt, however to make it a buy for me it would have to be larger ( i am thinking 1/4) and resin or polystone.

Nothing wrong with the pics as such aeumuse. I think they are great. I was just a bit surprised by the colors. But you explained and now I know. Keep making photos, I do like them.

There isn't any indication of production no. on the box, and as far as I know, yamato did not specify too.

Yea.. I know, I looked in the box, on the box, around the box "LOL, nothing !",
its not even on YAMAMO web sight or the statue "facepalm"
their should be something, specially if your paying 85+
for the figure IMO
I just hope some one can find out for us.. it would be
nice to know, will YAMAMO make 100K, 50K, ...
How valuable will it be.. one of the biggest reasons I
like to collect these is because of limitation of each peace

it's a nice statue Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell are great artists.

None of my favorite artworks from them have been made into a statue yet though.
