I actually like the pose. I don’t see anything wrong with it? It looks like she is loading and drawing the arrow and is a few second away from shooting. It works well since her weapon is a crossbow.

Someone said she looked like a tennis player getting ready to serve and now that's all I can see.
It does look really nice painted up though.
