I believe the main reasons of haters are that Tony spends too much time out of the suit and the Mandarin twist.

I didn't mind the Mandarin twist but hated that I was promised an uncompromising political drama/action film and was given a remake of the Incredibles but devoid of the fun. IM3 should have been what CA:TWS was on an international stage. CA:tWS magnifies the travesty that was IM3.
Now back over to the films apologists
