Agreed. Heck, I've read the series and even I find the speculation (by some very observant members) to be a little much. Of course that's not to infer that there's an issue with this thread or anyone posting in it; I just think that too much theorizing can spoil the fun of watching the events unfold firsthand. Regardless of whether or not you have prior knowledge of said events. Clearly not the discussion for me.
On a slightly unrelated note, this was a truly uncomfortable episode to watch. Absolutely brilliant. Ramsay's scenes towards the beginning were cringe worthy. As were some of the (primarily verbal)altercations at the ceremony, ending scene included. From the first hints early on in episode one, I'd been waiting for it but they pulled that one out much earlier than anticipated. Silly to say in hindsight when considering what's to come, but a surprise nonetheless. Jack was one hell of an actor, it's almost sad to see him go.
When Oberyn was cast, I wasn't completely sold but these first couple of episodes have laid my concerns to rest. His interactions with and relating to the Lannisters have been the high point of the season for me thus far, and I'm genuinely excited to see his story progress.
Thought I'd add that
Line of the Day goes to Ser Loras with his, "And neither will you." comment to Jaimie. That one had my girlfriend and I laughing pretty hard.
