it's been more than two weeks already all my records are still not showing up. My orders are all gone including my reward points. Nobody from SS even bothered to contact me or send me an e-mail explaining what happened. it's so %$$#$% frustrating. SS has the worst customer service.

I dont see any reward points? I glad I used most of them before this happened. If I lost what I had left it won't be much anyways. What a relief. The day before this happened I used up 90% of my points. From now on I will just use them up as fast as possible. Why risk more hacks?

Site seems to be working a bit better. I was easily able to update my upcoming Mystique EX order and change the card I want it charged on.

However, someone I know also has an account, and I told him about all the changes/issues (he isn't on the forums), so he logged in tonight and was able to change his password. However, he's missing all of the Reward Points he was awarded in mid January (and no he didn't use them). Even shows on his history they were awarded January 19th, but the balance says $0.00.

Almost 3 weeks since I contacted Sideshow about my problem and it’s still not fixed. Aren’t most of their business through e-commerce? I still can’t believe they expect us to just wait blindly. Why the f**k did they update the website in the first place when they are so incompetent to do so?

OK I'm getting a little worried. I canceled a statue on 2.5.19 and they said the money was refunded on 2.7.19. It's still not in my bank account. Is anyone else having issues? What should I do?
