I don't get why he was posed to make it look like there's something on the floor he slipped on. Beyond that it looks great, but it's Iron Man so Sideshow will come up with something to f up on the production piece between now and release.
And $800 for ZERO switch outs and very little statue complexity/uniqueness.. So at this rate by 2021 an Iron Man 1/4 piece from Sideshow will be $1,000, right? I just have no idea how this is sustainable, on all ends.

It looks like a 1/6 scale that Kotobukiya would put out.

Well Iron Studios Endgame piece is already $1,200 USD (which I did preorder as I got the entire line). But that came with the interchangeable torso and head. The regular was $900 USD I think, so I’m not surprised Sideshow charged what they did. Overall Sideshows probably a better piece, but I’m just getting anything and everything Endgame at the moment.

That may be the best explosion effect I’ve seen on a statue. There is a 0% chance that the factory can nail that.

The pose looks like the kind of awkward position a die-cast hot toy would sit in, due to the articulation and because it's too heavy for its stand

Looks good... wouldn’t be in a hurry to get him since there is no ex.

Great looking statue, bad pose. Too bad cause I love it otherwise. I get that they are trying to convey that he's swooping backward and firing at the same time, I can even picture him making that move in my head, but it doesn't work as a static pose in my opinion. Should've been more straight up like the IS Endgame statue.
And am I the only one bothered by his thrust always being shown as orange colored, like fire from a regular rocket? His repulsors have always been depicted as mostly bright white/blue as far as I can remember. New IS statue is the same way.

It looks cool. I like it more than all the other movie Iron Man statues.
