I think the statue is too expensive to accept all the abnormalities

Agreed, way too many issues not to get a replacement.

Lots of very happy recipients for this piece. If you have defects, initiate an exchange or return right away. Especially in the case of any breaks.

JoBlo99 you should request a replacement, there is no reason to accept a statue in that condition.

Yes. You paid your money and should get an intact statue in return. Some issues may be OK to some, but multiple breakages and that much bad paint are not OK.

I do apologize that your statue arrived in this condition. I happened to notice that the damages appear to be of clean breaks and in areas that may not easily noticeable. While we would never want our customers to feel they have to fix or mend an item that they have received, we have had several customers successfully apply an adhesive and/or matching paint to improve them and add them to their collection. If you would like to attempt to mend the statue and keep it as-is, I can credit your BBTS account with a $375.00 Store Credit to compensate you for the inconvenience and areas of damage/defect. I agree that the packaging on these may not be the best it could be, and we would hate to go into an exchange for a new one to show up with the same (or worse!) complications. Over-all, it is a marvelous piece!

It's your call, but I wouldn't be happy unless I got a replacement. Everyone has different ideas about collecting as some collectors would be happy with a credit.
