I've tried all kinds of meds etc sleep study center years ago. would help short term then whamo back to normal me. the drugs either would not work or give me horrible nightmares. I already have night terrors when I do sleep so it got really bad on drugs. yeah I am a bit nuts LOL

I'm usually in bed by 11:00 pm and then up at 6:00 am for work and that's pretty typical for a weekday. I get alot less on weekends (usually awake until 1:00 or 2:00 am either out somewhere, reading, watching movies, etc) then up at 6:00 am again.
Don't like sleeping in on the weekend. My philosophy being that I only get two days off (if I'm lucky), so I'm not going to waste that time sleeping in !!
