Of course, I'm sure their entire organization is currently in the midst of last minute prep for San Diego next week. They usually have quite a big set-up, and something that extensive takes weeks to work out.

i am, yeah. i know of their products, but no experience with their customer service prior to this. i actually love their offerings, but i naively assume great products would equate great service. i thought wrong.
anyway, just want to vent a bit. thanks for listening in, guys.
