The painted statue turned out incredible. I really like how the bottom of her dress sort of melts into the base. I am a little worried about wing breakages though. A definite purchase.

Wow I'm very impressed with the paint job. I love the face and the blood colored dress. The combination makes it sexy and yet creepy.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

This is one of the most high impact and significant pieces of art I've ever participated in, and I'm proud of the craftsmanship involved in her creation. It took a long time, much effort, and several miracles from friends to get her to the show on time. We made it by hours... by inches. But we made it. Ariel Chylde will be there for her 15th Anniversary, as she should be.

We listened to your observations on the last piece, and truly agonized to create an elegant work - what we are calling 'the fine art Ferrari of comic book statues.'

Will be signing Saturday from 5:30 - 6:30 at Image Comics.

See you at Comic Con.
Hey Randy first it was great to meet you last night.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Its a good feeling to be appreciated by a fellow artist like yourself.

It was a long night but well worth it.

look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Mike, it was a pleasure. Fun to listen to John Carpenter scores while bringing Ariel to the finish line in the pre-dawn hours. See you soon!

(Please do not mention Miss Piggy. )

Looking forward to getting some nice pro shots. I'd say about 1/3 of the detail in sculpt and paint is lost in the one photo, so you guys haven't even really seen her yet The red metallic dress, wings, and base are insane.

Giant gratitude to Alterton and Keu Cha for their fantastic work on the sculpture.

Huge thanks to Jerry Macaluso, Sarah Queen and Sandy King for all their incredible efforts getting Ariel to the show.

I'm amazed at the talented team of people who helped create this piece of art.
