Sorry to hear so many issues with SpecFic. I have had nothing but positive interactions over six purchases. My SpecFic Black Friday purchase arrived yesterday. As for POing through SpecFic, I would probably not do because it seems SpecFic is one of the last of the “major” third party dealers to get in statues.

I purchased a statue during Black Friday as well, but it has not even shipped yet.

I had to cancel mine. It was at least about 4 weeks on an in stock item where they didn’t ship it. I always hear people boasting about Specfiction’s exceptional customer service. Not anymore! Don’t even get me started on their preorder shipping issue! SLOW! The only reason I would preorder from Specfiction is if I couldn’t locate it anywhere else! Specfiction would be my LAST option!

The end of December 2024 came and went.
It is now January 2025 and there has been no sign of my order shipping (i placed the order in 2023).

Sorry, meant to update before.

I sent them an email on 12/15, Spec replied on 12/16 and it was delivered on 12/20. Their email said they were backed up on orders from the holiday season and apologized. Very happy with their service.

Because they weren't able to ship my black friday purchase quickly enough, I asked them to hold it until after xmas since I was on vacation, and they accommodated me nicely. XM Zatanna should be here this week.

Unfortunately, still crickets on my Predator bust tho....

I popped an email over to SpecFictionShop and they replied..
I should receive a tracking number 'shortly'.

I am still amazed they found a piece that has long sold out. No doubt Spec has contacts. I hope i do not receive an item that has been returned. Or one from a spare batch designed to cover losses/breakages etc of the original one and only batch. I am probably over thinking the situation. It all makes for a bad experience. SpecFictionShop need to improve, up their speed when it comes to shipping, before they loose their reputation. Reputation means a lot in this hobby. Atleast Todd shows up on YouTube live chats, and seems like an ok guy.
