I like to think the piece will ship before the end of January. If not, there is always February, then March.

I have an order with Spec Fiction from 2023. I asked them on Facebook a couple of times about the order. They always replied that it was ready to ship, but they did not tell me how.

It's STAREXVA' s Dao Ji. It was released in 2023, and was sold out long ago on other sites. I asked them last night for a refund, but they said they can't refund me because it's ready to ship.

First time statue buyer here can someone help me please?

I am in a similar position. They have my item but do not seem to be able to ship it?
Today i emailed SpecFiction and requested could they ship my item or offer a full refund.

This type of situation causes stress. A hobby should be fun not stressful.

I am still amazed they found a piece that has long sold out. No doubt Spec has contacts. I hope i do not receive an item that has been returned. Or one from a spare batch designed to cover losses/breakages etc of the original one and only batch. I am probably over thinking the situation. It all makes for a bad experience. SpecFictionShop need to improve, up their speed when it comes to shipping, before they loose their reputation. Reputation means a lot in this hobby. Atleast Todd shows up on YouTube live chats, and seems like an ok guy.

Yea definitely and I?m sorry. This has to do with our previous PRIME 1 Distro. For whatever reason, they get things in very late. We ourselves are waiting on about 10 other skus (aside from Wonder Woman) that came out yeas ago. I?m truly sorry as I do agree this delay has been way too long. I definitely remember you and will be sending you an email later today with an update.

Specfiction got sloppy. I preordered the Superman JND. It was for Q4 release. I inquired about it 2-3 times when it would arrive. Todd explained it was on the water and wouldn?t be available until the end of January. February comes and it finally arrives. I see it in stock on his website on a Saturday. I was kinda annoyed cause I?m thinking where?s the update on mine. He updated his website and sent a business email informing collectors what he received. I emailed him Monday about my order. I was told it would ship Monday. I received another email later saying it would ship Tuesday. I?m baffled. I paid for it. I inquired about it several times and they still haven?t shipped it. If he doesn?t ship it by Tuesday evening I?m canceling. I shouldn?t have to beg a business to ship a $2500 item. If Spec is emailing collectors he has it in stock ready to ship and updated his website ready to ship, my order should?ve shipped.
