My kids bought it. It is a great game with a fantastic and genuinely funny story. It doesn't deviate too far from the standard Lego fare but my kids LOVE it in a manner I have yet to see. Stuff like the "Portal 2" level pack genuinely adds to the game as you get a Lego version of P2 complete with Portal guns and Aperture Science testing.

Another nice touch is that the entire campaign can be played through with the characters in the starter pack.

I was pretty leery and pessimistic, having been burned by Disney Infinity 1&2, but my kids have asked to play numerous times and it has led to some awesome family time.

Thanks MM. I will probably get this for kids. They enjoyed Disney Infinity 2 and 3 so they will probably enjoy this

I'm almost sold because I can be the Simpsons

Anybody seen any deals on the starter pack? My bestie's birthday is next week and I get her Lego games every year.

Yes, a 36 year old woman LOVES her Lego games

I have always enjoyed the Lego games. Thier just a simple, but fun gaming series. That being said, I would never buy one this early as they normally drop in price pretty fast. I normally wind up buying them a few months after launch in the $20 range.

The Ghostbusters Levelpack is superfun! You get to play as any of the four Ghostbusters once you finish the level. The Ecto-1 isn't so great, looks like it has reversed into a brick wall! Venkman however is an amazing minifig. Did have to restart the game 3 time due to glitches :/ And so far I can't aim the water blaster on the Ecto-1 Blaster (second build)

Doc Brown is a fun figure too, decided to get him over Cyberman seeing as I already have 2 Daleks. The Drone ability is pretty cool
