Yeah I think this may be my favorite wolverine, I love the pose and sculpt but yeah not a huge fan of the base. Something simple would suffice, I wonder how much he'll be and if SS will carry him?

Wolverine looks good. I don't get the base at all, seems lazy to me. Hopefully it keeps the price down for it, but I'm not a fan of the base, feel like they missed their chance w that. Still, wolverine looks feral and like he should be. I LOVE his pose and sculpt.

I typically don't worry about leaning but man, knowing I have to have this, I can't help but wonder.
It looks great, I'm not sure if the Weapon X base is the same. If so. That's the only lame part. Still an awesome Wolverine- possible best 1:4 to date. Very pumped
Thanks for the pics and update.

I know it may be irrelevant but I remember one of the X-Men movies (possibly #2) where Wolverine went back to the Weapon X lab so maybe something similar happened in one of the comic storylines. In any case, it is plausible.
The pictures and video from SDCC were completely underwhelming with regards to this piece and the Weapon-X piece but it looks great in the new pictures. I'll have to wait until I see their Darth Vader in person before I commit to another IS piece, I think...

I really want to PO this however my only issue is that as much as I love the base the bits of wire and attachments worry me. Nobody wants a repeat of the mess that was the IS Spidey piece and it looks like it could be a possibility.

Damn this looks fantastic! Wasn't even on radar but if this isn't one of the best wolverines out there...might have to order. When does this go up for PO?
