Kinda need some info or ideas for a Friend of mine
He got caught in Retail Theft, the store caught him, the merchandise was. $900 worth, all return with No damages, my friend was Nervous of course, but what is done is done, the store make him pay $500 Civil demand fees, the police came and arrest him, handcuffed to the police station, they file the report and found out he is clean, no criminal record only few traffic tickets, so it is his 1st defense, the police let him go with I-Bound, No jail, no bail fees he pay.
Now await for the coming up court date, what would happen to him?
and is it ness. hire an lawyer?
like to heard some comments and info, i would like to help him out, as he regret what he done and it was a shame, what is done is done, he would like to know what will happen during/after the court?
