Just received a clearly returned Blitzway Bill & Ted figure set from Sideshow. They do send returns no matter what lies they try to say.

Wow ...sorry for the bad luck there. I didn't have that problem with my Surfer.
But I do have an issue with my EX portrait for my Harley Quinn Hell on Wheels EX. Slightly wonky left eye ....and SSC sent pics of my replacement that looked more terrible than what I got. Still trying to get a replacement right now.

Good luck with that. My Harley Quinn Hell on Wheels EX also has a dodgy eye. I was told it was normal and that a replacement would look the same, and to try looking at if from a different direction. On that note, i figured it made sense to move on, leave the EX portrait in the box, and display the piece with the Reg portrait

Yea, that's my last resort. I love the REG portrait more anyway. But I paid for an EX, damn it ....so I have to try.
