Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I was really looking forward to these, but it looks like we have another Sideshow-esque alternate take on the BTAS style. This one's closer on the bodies than Sideshow was, but those heads are REALLY off model, and Harley's really just doesn't cut it. I'm also not sure what's going on with the metallic-tech base, given the show was art deco browns for most of the backgrounds.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

I think Joker is perfect and Harley's head/face could use some work. Either way I'm glad this line finally started. I hope they go as deep as DC Collectibles did (all 27-ish). They've gone really deep on so many other lines, so I hope the trend continues.

I hope we at least get:
Freeze
Catwoman
Ivy
Two-Face
Clayface
Penguin
Riddler
Scarecrow

Bodies are even MORE stylized than the show, and I don't understand some choices. Things like adding a random button to Joker's shirt, the inaccurate tie, his two dimensional flower, or Harley's very jagged hips. Even the redesign New Adventures still had her with curved hips.

And to anyone saying the new XM Catwoman's head is a terrible female head, I present you this Harley. The sunken, spread-apart eyes and the little corn-kernel teeth are just bad.

For the length of time between the original announcement and now, I expected these to be a LOT better than this. These feel more like someone's memory of what they thought the show looked like versus actually sourcing reference.

Wow, the Harley face looks really terrible and I usually am very careful with harsh critique.
