Those eyes are really something, and they look even better in person.

Yeah those eyes are incredible. I really wish I had preordered her. I'll have to try to get her on the aftermarket in a year or two. I imagine it's going to cost a lot, but it is what it is.

It's obviously a very well done statue...but i still insist you show me this face out of context and i would have no idea it's Mai.
I'm sure the majority who are buying this are in the "look pretty girl like Morrigan i buy it" camp and won't care but...
So is HMO Giant or Kinettiquettes too small?

The pose with the floating cherry blossoms really make this statue awesome. Very pretty.

You say that but then what face is a defination of Mai? because if you go by Games, Manga, Anime, she looks different all the time, lol..
Look at her in KOF XIV then look at her in DOA, you see my point.. Mai is a fictional character meaning there is no sticking point as to what her face has to look like.. lol

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Great production on this statue and can't wait to receive mine.
Could be more of a personal Artistic interpretation of Mai as this one looks a bit younger then the others released. Maybe it's the head size too.

She looks like a (nice) fairy. I could easily imagine wings on her back.

The size of the kinetiquettes is ok for 1/4. I think both are the same size, but the head of the HMO Mai is bigger than the Kinetiquettes one.
