I think he means because you would have issues seeing her facial features if she wasn't low enough.

Some statues like SS Thor,Bowen strike down Thor , or Bowen Juggernaut have the faces in a position so that if you put them on the wrong shelf you can’t see the face. The SS Thor, if put on a higher shelf you can’t see the face at all. If Storm is looking up then placed on a higher shelf you won’t see the face and on a lot of statues the faces are too nice to not see.
