Question about the base. What kind of material do you brush the base with so it wont stick on the wood when you remove the sculpture from it.

As seen from this reference pic - http://www.goregoregore.com/steps/st...eporigin03.jpg

can i check if there any posting on how to bulk up a bulky figure? E.g. Hulk or Venom likes.

i don't wish to waste my clay on blocking their figure and use of alumunium foil also doesn't help as need a lot of them. i had tried dry air clay but it does not attach to scupley. Please advise

bulking up with aluminum foil is a staple in figure sculpting. It has been the standard so it does help a lot.
Cut the foil into strips and wrap it around the armature.
What scale are you trying to make?

What clay did Martin use as the base sculpt for the Epoxy Demon Bust Tutorial?

Hi!

New to the forums and keen to try epoxy clay. Looking at Martin's tutes and was wondering if anyone knows what clay he used for the under -sculpt for the epoxy demo?

Refer to epoxyland006.jpg from his uploaded files.

It looks to be super sculpey to me judging on the beige colour alone. But I may be wrong.

would be grateful if anyone could clarify this for me.

Many Thanks!
