Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

I have had nothing but outstanding customer service from Sideshow . . . I know some people have had some problems but I just wanted to put out a different point of view . . .

Their customer service is usually second to none, it's the QC department that suck, if there even is one, some of the items people have received on these boards, me included would indicate if they do exist... they are heavy smokers and often outside on a break.

PF C-3PO doesn't light up. It's been over a week since I contacted them and I have heard nothing from their returns department. If o don't get a tracking number for a replacement today, I am calling Amex and issuing a chargeback. No sense in them keeping the funds while I sit in limbo here.

Replacement C-3PO head shipping in 7-10 days. The wait never stops with SS products.

How long after you get something from sideshow do you have to call and get a replacement? I received my Deadpool PF last week the 15th and been debating if I should get a replacement for him. I noticed 2 very minor issues with him. Is it to late to call and get a replacement?

I got the Ultron on Throne ex last week. Really bad paint on one of the throne arms. Asked sideshow for a replacement and they won't send me another one. Said all their statues have imperfections and after reviewing inventory there were none better. If that is really the case I would stay away from that piece.

I think next time I have paint issues I'll just break the piece if this is how they are going to be.

My Green Lantern Came with a scratched and chipped chest and they offered me a crappy $45 credit. I responded that I think the damamge is worth much more than $45 and that I would much rather have a replacement and they still have not replied.
