True Blood s.1 5/10

I USED to like vampires, bram stoker's dracula, the other dracula movies, blade, buffy, etc but these teen drama vamps are really depressing me..I gave the show the benefit of the doubt being on hbo, I was expecting alot more, now I am only on s.1 ep 9, so I am REALLY hoping it picks up because I bought all 5 seasons for $60.....that should have been my first clue

At least there are a few hot chicks, Rogue got much better looking lol

S2 is a bit dull as well,Wait till Russell Edgington comes into the picture then it gets really fun. This is not a teen drama vamps, that's vampire diaries which i hate.

I kinda hated it at the start as well but it grew on me after the 5th episode .

Its set in London just after the Ripper Murders and shows how police methods changed. I found it quite interested, well acted and nice set design.

It might be a small step up from teen vamps but it is pretty close. Hate the way the fangs come out they sound plastic, at least they don't turn to diamonds

LOL true, It is obviously a Vampire Romance, But the brutality is still there and without giving too much away characters do change, it's a rich universe, but sometimes there is just too much f*cking going on all the time.
