Question Question on casting small fingers

Hello everyone! I've started sculpting after reading Pop Sculpture and this is what I have so far.

She's Aya from Green Lantern the Animated Series and is posed like this fan art by Mike Maihack

My issue is molding the fingers. I made the fingers by wrapping wire with clay and I know they'll pop out once I remove her from a mold. I'm worried the small size will make it difficult to clean them out afterwards. Does anyone have advice?

Thank you!

There are ways to mold the fingers properly. How far have you come with this sculpture?
