Now looking at it that should be 1/6th and part of the gallery series. I have some galelry series Marvel but not DC. Im guessing they reflect the same size ... Is that correct?

They're not 1/6-scale, closer to 1/7-scale.

My understanding was the gallery statues are 1/8 or 9 inch scale and the Premier statues are 1/6 (like the upcoming Magneto)

I used to think so as well, but the Batman TAS Catwoman is about 10-inches tall. Plus she's standing on her tippy toes. If those are 1/6-scale, Catwoman is barely 5-ft tall. 1/7-scale makes a little more sense.
