Yes i know it's no excuse etc etc the new management making promises they couldn't keep etc etc....but i don't think I've ever had an order come in under 2 years from PCS....

I know but the thing is it's cumulative. Even the coolest boss in the world will lose it if you come in majorly late everyday.
It isn't something on the mind at PO especially the past 2-3+ years this was all going on.
Then there's Jerry and PCS saying after 3 months delay you can get your full money back. If that was the case people would be waaayyy less upset. That's the whole reason why they said it.
But as it is waiting months and the anxiety of possibly not, well that sh!t just don't fly and never will no matter how good a product or reputation.
I can be cool with everything going on the false intentions, delays, unfulfilled lines, mistakes, retries, even sub par quality... as long as I can get my money back.
Can't be funny with the money and that ain't ever going to change.
