I kinda like the boots. Seems to make sense to me for him to wear those rather than combat style boots.

I agree. He was trained by Stick in Martial Arts. Totally makes sense he would wear these. I thought it was very creative. It still bothers me his holster is on the right as it is mostly depicted on his left but that is not enough to not get this. Great statue. I used reward points and put a deposit down.

I do. When considering their very popular Punisher piece didn't have an EX either and has an ES of 1000.
