Okay, this might be overkill, but I think it would be pretty cool. When the Predator finally unmasks, his wrist gauntlet is damaged (these pictures are taken with my cell phone from a paused image on my tv so the quality is not great).
The first two pictures are from when it is first damaged (couple minutes before the face to face), and the last picture is right before he opens the gauntlet up to reveal the countdown sequence. Again, this might be overkill since the piece is already incredible, but I think to properly display the predator with his mask off, his gauntlet should be damaged.
This is also actually important to the story since due to the damage his gauntlet sustains, the Predator is no longer able to use camouflage. If it is an easy thing to add to the already amazing piece (which I already preordered) I think it would be a welcome addition by Prime 1. What do y'all think?

I don't mean to always be damaged, just a thing to swap with the light up gauntlet - an extra thing, not a permanent thing (if they could even be easily swappable).

You brought up a good post about the damaged gauntlet, but I don’t really need or want one. If it was included I’ll take it but I don’t think I would ask them to add it. If you want so ask them...it’s worth a shot.

No thanks to a damaged gauntlet. I'd rather them just concentrate on what they are already making to maximize the execution.

You are probably right about that - time constraints and budgets. But if they could…imagine you want to recreate one of the most iconic scenes in film history (in my opinion), you put on one of the three unmasked portraits (my God this is going to be amazing), you remove the plasma canon, and you swap out the light up gauntlet with a damaged one - BAM, scene recreated as close to the film as possible. And no other statue has offered this option. A detail for sure - an important one in my opinion.
Also, this may be a stretch but it is easily testable (which I should do before sharing honestly) - I think the damaged gauntlet gets more screen-time and more close-up shots than while it is lighting up. Again, a small detail perhaps and other makers of this beast perhaps overlooked it for good reason - when one thinks “Predator”, a damaged gauntlet doesn’t come to mind, but it is in the film and is important to the story.
