I had a chipped base and before PCS gave all there issues to Sideshow I was even acknowledged twice in 2 separate emails from PCS saying they would give a partial refund of $20 for the damaged base and was promised they were processing it back into my Paypal. The 2nd email PCS was like oh we are sorry they havent proccessed that and I will make sure they expidite your refund asap... It never happened and its only $20, are you kidding me PCS?? Jerry, How is your Ferrari ? Can I get my $20. Thanks
Of course they can't even refund me $20 back on a damaged base when they said they were sending the refund and now Sideshow has to look into it and PCS was taking long to respond.. I still have no answer.
The principle that they agreed and aknoweldged they would refund me just $20 is the point and they still have not even honored that. Good luck getting a refund for a whole statue from pre sideshow time when I cant even get the $20 they promised to send back. In the middle of my case with PCS helping me all of a sudden poof call Sideshow now, PCS is no longer taking emails and phone was disconnected. WHERES MY $20 for my 3 YEAR WAIT DAMAGED Darkness BASE??
They should have completed my issues since they started the process, but instead they passed me off to Sideshow in the middle of helping me and now Sideshow has to investigate as the middleman and start from the beginning again.
