Wow, that's great of you.
Thanks a lot. I'll try that right away

Argh, scaring me here. Never ordered any XM pieces before, and was planning on ordering Shazam and Black Adam, but this makes me nervous. Don’t want to spend that kind of money for a 1/6 scale piece and receive something not up to par.

Doesn’t matter what company you’re dealing with, none of them are infallible. It’s an inherent risk of the hobby especially when you pre-order. That said XM does have a solid track record of correcting any mistakes/defects on their end so I’d say the risk of you being stuck with a sub-par piece is minimal.

I’ll probably go in on them. I’d probably kick myself later if I didn’t. Feel better knowing they are good about correcting or fixing any defects.

Everyone who has received Flash or Superman has loved them. I never really liked this WW portrait that much myself, but the Joker is clearly a problem.

My Joker went together perfectly, didn't have any issues. Of course I took the precaution of warming it up with a blow dryer for a few seconds before attempting to assemble his hands into his wrists... also make sure to remove the clear band that is wrapped around his hands and gun...

I received a shipping notice this past Saturday however it isn’t in the possession of UPS yet. Also, I haven’t been able to get a response from Todd. He’s usually prompt with addressing questions so I hope everything is alright on his end.
